Nahant teen returns from educational expedition

NAHANT - One Nahant teen recently returned from a month in Madagascar with World Challenge where she toured the country and helped teach native children English.
Emily Walls, 16, said the trip was a challenging and rewarding experience that she would never forget.
"One of my top two favorite experiences was the day I had a lemur sit on my shoulder," she said. "That was awesome."
Walls admitted there were also some very trying times on the trip. A longer-than-scheduled hike up Amber Mountain in northern Madagascar and an impromptu return from a waterfall stick out as two.
